What makes you enjoy working with seniors? I enjoy making a connection with my clients, seeing them achieve their goals, and being able to improve their outlook on a situation or in life. Why do you think online therapy is effective for seniors?

An important part of the therapeutic process is to feel supported and comfortable; online therapy can facilitate this by allowing adults to access this from their home, office, or wherever they are most comfortable. How do you approach therapy sessions? I approach each session by putting the client, their needs, and goals first.

Symptom reduction is always on my mind. What is your advice to someone who is starting therapy for the first time? Trust the process.

It might take some time to get used to being somewhat uncomfortable, but it's worth it in the end.
