I enjoy working with seniors because I value their life experiences and perspectives. Why do you think online therapy is effective for seniors? Online therapy can help support older adults who struggle to attend therapy in person but still gives them an opportunity for a face to face experience.

Technology has become more user friendly. Can you share some details about your experience? I have had extensive experience working with seniors focusing on late life divorce, grief and loss, chronic medical issues, chronic pain, changing relationships with children and grandchildren, caregiver fatigue, lack of social and familial support, and eating issues.

Can you provide details on your approach to therapy? My therapy style is eclectic, interactive and supportive. My therapy is based on psychodynamic and self psychology theories while using cognitive behavioral tools to bolster healthy coping skills.
