I enjoy the wisdom, and understanding that comes from working with older adults. Why do you think online therapy is effective for seniors? I believe online therapy is effective for older adults because it bridges the accessibility gap.

Many older adults are not able to attend in-person therapy for various reasons. Being able to attend sessions from the comfort of your own home makes it easier to get the care comfortably. How do you approach therapy sessions?

I approach therapy from a person-centered approach. It is important to understand my clients needs and were they are in their lives process. Meeting you where you are is an important aspect of impacting change.

My aim is to help provide a safe space for clients to talk, self-actualize and live up to sustained change, and reach therapeutic goals set in sessions. What is your advice to someone who is starting therapy for the first time? It is okay to not know what to expect when coming into therapy.

It is worth exploring the space between the here and the now, if you are called to the therapy journey.
