Older adults are mature people looking for someone to listen to them without judging. They tend to more open to the process of therapy and having a willingness to trust the process. Why do you think online therapy is effective for seniors?

Online therapy opens the door to many older adults that would not otherwise participate in psychotherapy. How do you approach therapy sessions? What the client bringing to the session is where I put my time and energy.

What is your advice to someone who is starting therapy for the first time? Give therapy at least three sessions before you make a decision that it is not right for you. Sometimes, you have to be open to the process and just go with the flow.
