I deeply value the wisdom, the stories, the knowledge, and the heart that older adults bring to the table. I often feel this specific population gets left behind. It is my goal to ensure that does not happen by providing a safe and comfortable space to have your story be heard.

Telehealth makes therapy accessible for ALL. It allows the therapist to meet the client exactly where they’re at. I understand online therapy isn’t for all, and therefore I provide phone call sessions as well. No need to fear being tech savvy to partake in therapy services.

I have specifically worked with older adults for the last 14 years. I’m skilled in working with elderly individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, social isolation, dementia, grief and loss, self-esteem, trauma, addiction, and many more.

I thrive to provide a safe space for older adults to be heard. I incorporate a number of evidence-based practices, to uniquely meet the needs of my clients including; Person-centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Attachment styles, Solution Focused Therapy, Strength-based approach, Acceptance and Commitment, Interpersonal, Motivational interviewing, and Trauma informed care. My goal is to empower older adults to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and dignity, enhancing their overall quality of life.
