I love helping seniors find fulfillment and meaning in later life.

I love the flexibility, availability, and immediate intimacy teletherapy provides seniors to better have their needs met no matter their life circumstances.

My graduate school dissertation focused on developing a neuropsychological battery specific for the senior population. Upon graduation, I worked within the residential geriatric clinical system in Philadelphia. My health psychology career focuses on addressing issues at the intersection of mind and body, which has been a naturally good fit for working with people in their later stage of life. My private practice included up to 50% of this client population.

Are you wanting to be empowered to discover and explore your life purpose, remove limiting beliefs, and experience harmony in your life? Stress, changing relationships, chronic pain, medical conditions, and life events can lead to feeling unbalanced, depressed, or anxious. I focus on supporting people by giving them tools to create – for themselves – balance in their lives. With 20+ years of experience in clinical health psychology, I blend traditional cognitive behavioral techniques and energy psychology techniques including: EMDR (Eye-Movement-Desensitization-Reprocessing), Mindfulness, Guided imagery, Past Life Regression, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), and Yoga Therapy, to fit your individual needs and goals. I am also a certified Functional Nutrition Counselor, focusing on how food affects your mood and overall health. I have extensive experience working with the military population and those with chronic pain. I also assist seniors with developing their spirituality, helping them find meaning and fulfillment in later life. If you find that you have days when you struggle to find peace of mind and balance, and wonder how you will manage the changes or events in your life, we can work together so you may learn how to experience overall wellness through the varying stages and circumstances of life.
