I enjoy the vast wealth of knowledge, experience and perspective that seniors have. Why do you think online therapy is effective for seniors? I think that online therapy is effective for seniors because it allows for a safe, non threatening and accessible means to receive the support and counseling.

How do you approach therapy sessions? I have worked with seniors in various community settings, through work and personal pursuits. What is your advice to someone who is starting therapy for the first time?

I believe that becoming a therapist was a calling. This belief has been reinforced because my personality, values, beliefs and strengths all align with my career choice and passion.
