Tausha Watson is a therapist with a special passion for working with older adults, valuing their wisdom and resilience. She is deeply committed to helping clients navigate grief, life transitions, and health challenges with dignity. Tausha advocates for online therapy to increase accessibility for those with mobility or transportation barriers.
She practices therapy from a trauma-informed, client-centered perspective, focusing on creating a safe and nonjudgmental space for exploration at the client’s own pace. Her integrative approach weaves together somatic practices, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, and CBT to address the mind-body connection, release trauma, and support authentic self-discovery. Tausha believes therapy is a brave, transformative process—not about “fixing” but about deeper connection, curiosity, and becoming more fully oneself.
Outside of her professional role, Tausha is a proud pet mom to a senior dog and two cats. She enjoys yoga, meditating (often with her pets nearby), and watching reality TV. Her philosophy centers on compassion, empowerment, and the understanding that healing is individual and unfolds at each person’s own pace.
