I am passionate about mental health. As I feel that great advice and counsel is the key to a better quality of life. Everyone deserves a safe space to talk and express feelings. As well as a safe space to heal from certain hurts. I also enjoy being a source of guidance and counsel on everyday stressors and problems. I believe in equitable and quality access to health care, especially mental health. I love helping others feel seen and understood.

Online therapy is a great way to make therapy more accessible for seniors. The convenience and ease of use. Its a great way to provide services that are available, don’t require travel, and are provided by professionals.
