Shanna Jefferson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. She earned her Master’s in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2010 and is licensed to provide therapy in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. Shanna offers compassionate, client-centered care in a safe and judgment-free space, with sessions available by video or phone for your convenience.
Shanna specializes in supporting clients through a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, trauma, relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues, chronic illness and pain, and racial identity exploration. She also has experience working with individuals coping with autism spectrum disorders, gender identity concerns, sexual health issues, and major life transitions.
