Learn more about Robi Hope

I love working with older adults because they have amazing stories of perseverance and strength to be honored even during the tough times.

I think online therapy is effective for everyone! It provides a great way to open up in the comfort of your own home without the hassle of going into an office.

I approach each therapy session as an opportunity for validation mixed with active listening and directive opportunities for growth. In other words, I’m here to listen, validate the way you are feeling, provide a new perspective, and provide helpful direction for you to reach your goals related to your mental health and wellbeing.

My advice for someone starting therapy for the first time is: breathe. Let’s take it one breath at a time, one step at a time, one day at a time. Therapists are people too, with our own personalities, so it’s important to find a therapist you feel like you can be vulnerable with. Then, trust the process.
