Learn more about Liz

I really enjoy the opportunity to share wisdom. We talk about all kinds of things in session, sometimes we are learning together and that can be a wonderful gift.

I think the best communication comes when we are comfortable, in a safe space with someone we trust. Online therapy allows a person to stay in the comfort of their own home, in their own comfortable chair, in their own surroundings while having conversations that are held in confidence. What could be better?

Everyone is unique, and I think my best work is achieved when my clients feel heard and we reach understanding together, so the possibility of change is relevant and appropriate for them.

Work with someone who is a good fit for you. Sometimes you need to talk about tough or personal subject matter and you want that therapeutic alliance in place before you start those conversations. Trust your gut.
