Learn more about Judy

As I am getting older myself, I find that life experiences have a lot to teach me. I enjoy working with seniors because their life experiences are valuable, and provide keys to getting better. I can relate to a lot of what people are going through, including grief and loss, anxiety and depression. I believe I have some tools to help people deal with these experiences.

Obviously, online therapy is convenient and easy to access. It eliminates the issues of mobility and transportation. I think it is just comforting to be in your own home.

I have worked with seniors both in online therapy and nursing homes. I have also done some work with seniors in office settings. I am familiar with the issues that older people deal with.

I have worked with some seniors in long-term counseling, which would be six months or more. In that time with my clients, we have developed a pretty meaningful and significant relationship. I think I have helped clients navigate some very difficult situations in life, including the loss of a loved ones and debilitating physical health. I have been a companion in their journey, and hopefully have provided them with some compassion and peace.
