I appreciate the wisdom and resilience that seniors have accumulated over a lifetime of experiences. It is immensely gratifying to be part of their journey, helping them navigate the challenges that come with aging and ensuring they can enjoy their golden years to the fullest.

Online therapy offers convenience and accessibility, allowing seniors to receive support in the location of their choice. It allows for greater flexibility in scheduling and provides access to therapists who might not live within driving distance. This can be especially beneficial to those with busy schedules, mobility issues, or those living in rural settings.

I graduated with my Masters of Social Work in 2012. I have served as a general practice social worker in child welfare, domestic violence and homeless services, alcohol and drug recovery, as well as schools throughout the Central Valley. However, the majority of my professional journey has been within the regional center system, where I provided advocacy and case management services to infants/toddlers with developmental delays and individuals of all ages with developmental disabilities.

I believe in creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I work alongside clients to set goals that are important to them, develop coping strategies, and navigate challenges. I incorporate a strengths-based perspective, recognizing and building upon clients’ inherent resilience and resources. Ultimately, my aim is to facilitate personal growth, foster positive change, and empower clients to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives.
