I see my work with other seniors and me, a senior, helping other seniors. I enjoy helping and sharing with others to unlearn habits and patterns that do not work well and learn and establish new habits and patterns that improve quality of life. I enjoy helping other find solutions to the challenges they may face.

I have been conducting online therapy since 1999. My experience and research measuring outcomes of therapy has shown that online therapy is as effective as in-person therapy. It does away with the need to travel and the problems regarding access services due mobility and being isolated in rural areas. Online therapy is safe and private and easily accessed through any electronic device that connects to the Internet or by telephone.

My experience working with seniors goes back to 1999 when I was conducting therapy with seniors from many different countries and cultures. Since 1999, I have worked as a director for community based services and managed my own private practice.

In sessions with you, we start by you sharing your view of the issue taking away from your quality of life. Then we look for solutions and baby steps toward achieving those solutions. I specialize in using the evidenced-base approaches to finding solution such as Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy.
