Learn more about Bruce

As a fellow senior, it fulfills me to bring what I have learned to people who may have not had the opportunities to learn what I have learned about finding calm and satisfaction in life.

It saves the energy that would be otherwise used to get to and from a session. In addition, it enables one to assess their counselor without the pressure that a face to face session might bring.

Finding commonality with a client is important in determining what in my experiences is relevant to that client. I try to find aspects of a potential client that they value or dislike and then try to help them to build up what is important to them.

Try to relate to your therapist as you might to the closest friend you have had in life. Don’t let fear in, understand that the therapist probably cares about you as much or more than you care for yourself and trust that understanding.
