Working with seniors is fulfilling for several reasons! Their wisdom, life experiences, and unique perspectives offer invaluable insights. Building connections with them allows me to learn from their stories, and being able to assist and support them through life’s challenges brings a sense of fulfillment. Their resilience and positivity in facing life’s challenges are truly inspiring and make every interaction a rewarding experience.

Online therapy can be highly effective for seniors due to several reasons. Firstly, it offers accessibility, allowing seniors to receive support from the comfort of their homes, which can be especially beneficial for those with mobility issues or living in remote areas. Additionally, online therapy provides a sense of convenience, enabling seniors to schedule sessions that fit their routines, making it easier to commit to regular appointments. Online therapy often offers various communication methods, allowing seniors to choose what they are most comfortable with, whether it’s video calls, or phone calls.

I’ve others deal with various issues, handling challenges related to life changes, social anxiety, stress stemming from the pandemic, and the complexities associated with conditions like Autism, ADHD, and neurodiversity.

During our sessions, I’ll support clients in overcoming their hurdles by combining Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I aim to create a secure, nurturing environment for individuals navigating the complex terrain of anxiety, depression, and transitional life stress.
