I love working with seniors because there’s something so special about the wisdom and resilience that come with a lifetime of experiences. It’s important to me to make sure they get the care they deserve and to support their well-being through every stage, honoring the richness and growth that can happen at any age.

I’ve found online therapy to be incredibly effective or seniors because it breaks down barriers to care– no need to worry about transportation or mobility issues. The flexibility of meeting from home makes it easier for them to fit therapy into their lives, ad it creates a comfortable space where they can open up at their own pace.

My therapeutic approach reflects attachment, experiential, and existential perspectives. I combine irreverence, warmth, and directness in sessions to address important issues. I guide clients toward a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships, helping them connect with their body’s wisdom and discover a greater sense of meaning and purpose.

I was inspired to become a psychologist by my desire to support people through the different phases of life, believing that with the right tools and guidance, we all have the capacity to shift and grow. I’m passionate about how insight and awareness can lead to more fulfillment in ourselves and our relationships, ultimately creating a positive ripple effect that seres humanity as a whole.
