With laughter as our roadmap, we refresh and connect with each other in a unique way. Come ready to stretch your smile muscles and give your imagination a workout to remember. Along the way, we’ll engage with new skills for self-care, stress management, and resilience. We’ll begin with Smile-Ups and end with a special laughter meditation. Within minutes, you’ll be clapping, breathing, and stretching, wondering where your inhibitions have gone. A great way to socialize and stimulate creativity as well as get some important and needed exercise in a safe and fun way, for you and your inner child!

Feel like you need a good laugh? These wellness classes are a great way to reduce stress, boost your mood, enhance social connection, through engaging in activities that may support respiratory and circulatory health—all while having a fun time!

A champion of overall wellness, Sarah Routman inspires and motivates individuals and professionals to engage in healthy laughter for a vibrant, uplifting, and transformative shift in all aspects of their lives that leads them towards better health and well-being. Sarah has been sharing laughter with seniors for almost 20 years, and loves to watch people leaving the session with a spring in their step, and giggles in their pockets. Formerly a high school teacher, adjunct leadership instructor at the University of Minnesota, and executive director of 2 non-profits, Sarah is a published poet, photographer, author, painter, and coloring book artist. She is a globally recognized Laughter Ambassador and Laughter Yoga instructor who loves to share the magic of art in its many forms together with laughter and its many benefits to keep us functioning at our best. Her book, Discover the Power of Laughter, will be out in 2024.
