Learn more about Sue

Life is a continual transition and I appreciate assisting clients to experience this stage of life as meaningful and gratifying, and defying negative beliefs about aging.

It provides convenience; giving more control over scheduling and taking out challenges related to transportation or mobility. It also can feel more private in your own home rather than going to a clinic or therapy office while still offering personalized care.

I engage collaboratively with clients to understand what is bringing them to therapy and to jointly develop a plan for treatment. I value the diversity of peoples’ life experience and how that impacts their current concerns.

Congratulate yourself on taking that first step! It may be hard to share personal details, however, it also may be comforting to know your therapist supports you and you are not alone with your situation.
