Making positive changes and improving our emotional life is one of the most important things we can do at any stage of life. Senior clients typically have years of life experience and resilience to pull from in making transformations or minor changes they desire with insightful outlooks that make working together highly enjoyable for me.

Online therapy works very well for seniors in that it garners the same benefits you can gain in an office setting, but with greater reach so if time, distance or ability is a constraint it assists one with improving access, connecting with others to reduce isolation or other issues and overall is highly beneficial.

Many seniors face trauma and grief issues, mood and anxiety concerns, sleep and pain issues, and addiction concerns. I am very proficient in treating all of these areas. Trauma and medical issues are my expertise.

Have been told and characterized from many patients as a natural born healer.
