It is an honor to share my time and training with clients who have a wealth of experience and wisdom. I find joy in co-creating solutions by combining a client’s deep well of knowledge with a fresh perspective and relevant research.
Online therapy allows for enhanced accessibility and ease. Clients are able to attend sessions without worrying about travel, mobility, or other barriers to care.
I earned my Master’s and Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Colorado State University. I have worked in a variety of settings providing individual and group therapy and assessment services. I use an integrative approach that incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy interventions, in addition to other modalities as indicated.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based. I prioritize creating an authentic connection with my clients to foster open communication and symptom relief.
