What makes you enjoy working with seniors? I enjoy learning about life experiences from previous generations. Why do you think online therapy is effective for seniors?

Online therapy provides an opportunity for access to therapy from the comfort of their homes and within the parameters of their schedules. How do you approach therapy sessions? I approach every therapy session with compassion and a genuine interest in the wellbeing of my clients.

What is your advice to someone who is starting therapy for the first time? Be patient with yourself and the therapeutic process. Creating change takes time.
